Together, we have more than 30 years of experience creating content that gets noticed.

B.T. is a former marketing executive turned senior content strategist, speaker, podcaster, and business owner.
Before starting the Harman Agency, B.T. operated a private consulting practice focused on brand strategy, design, marketing, social media, leadership, and more.
With two decades of experience in marketing & content, B.T. now works directly with Harman Agency clients to drive their success. He’s passionate about delivering a client experience that’s relentlessly consistent, absurdly creative, and obsessively results-driven.
Previously, B.T. was Vice President of Client Experience at Booster, an innovative school fundraising company based in Atlanta. Between 2005 - 2016, B.T. was a key player in helping Booster raise more than $150 million for schools. Within Booster, B.T. managed a 20-person team that developed high-end character & leadership content for 1.3 million students annually. Today, Booster is the largest school fundraising company in the nation.
B.T. is also the creator of two hit podcasts which have garnered nearly 2 million listens since 2017. His other interests include storytelling, leadership, good design, antiques, hiking the Camino de Santiago, Alabama football, European travel, Roman history, archaeology, and Chick-fil-A. He is a former board member for several non-profits including BeLoved Atlanta, Refuge Coffee, and the Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity.
B.T. lives in East Atlanta with his husband, Brett.

Brett has always loved the media industry.
He brings more than a decade of experience in shooting & editing video, analytics, content curation, and marketing. He loves the creative challenge of visual storytelling.Brett began his career at CNN’s world headquarters in Atlanta. He gained early experience producing content both in the studio and in the field. He was later promoted to serve as a Producer on CNN Digital’s Video Programming team, curating and managing video content for a global audience across cnn.com, the CNN app, and CNN’s YouTube channel.
After nearly a decade in news, he shifted to the entertainment side of the then WarnerMedia and became the head of programming for the streaming app WarnerMedia RIDE (later known as Warner Bros. Discovery RIDE). The app, developed in partnership with AT&T, delivered streaming entertainment to subscribers.
In 2023, Brett left Warner Bros. Discovery to co-found The Harman Agency with B.T.
He also enjoys classic film and TV, the outdoors, making things with his hands, and Survivor. (If you have any connections to Jeff Probst, let him know!)
Brett currently lives in East Atlanta with his husband, B.T., and three very spoiled cats.
